As founder and CEO of STT Logistics Group, I am very proud to lead a team that is committed to providing extraordinary customer service to our clients. Our brokerage, based out of Miami, Florida, has received several awards lately, however, the most rewarding achievement we have is getting over 80 positive reviews online every month for the last 5 months. That is the best proof we have of our commitment to going beyond our customer’s expectations.
This is the case when we are shipping loads overseas as well. In our strive to be THE one-stop shop for all of our customer’s logistics needs we incorporated international shipping into our services a few years back.
I am very proud to say 2022 was our most successful year so far, in which we shipped to 26 countries between Africa, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean. Some of the countries where we shipped the most were Nigeria, Egypt, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic as well as hundreds of loads moved by land to Canada and Mexico.
Every customer and every load has specific needs, which we understand at STT Logistics Group and that is the reason we offer customized solutions based on our client’s wants and needs.
We are willing to go the extra mile for our customers, which is why we have a vast network of Mechanics, that can fix your equipment before it goes on the ship and which will save our customers good money. Adding to that, we can coordinate power washes and storage facilities for any equipment that requires it. In some cases, at our customer’s request, we will facilitate customs paperwork and clearance.
