Terms and Conditions of Service

1.Eligibility

The STT Driver Rewards Program (“Program”), is being offered by Smart Talk Transport Corp., and is open to all individuals who:
– Are legally authorized to work in the United States;
– Are actively delivering shipments through the STT Driver App at the time of participation; and
– Are at least 18 years of age.
No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter or win
Participation is voluntary and not conditioned upon payment, purchase, or employment. The Program is void where prohibited by law and is governed by Fla. Stat. §§849.0935 and 849.094, as well as applicable federal promotional laws.
Disclaimer: Participation in this Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the participant and STT Logistics Group, LLC. No wages, bonuses, or employment benefits are conferred by participation.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless STT, its directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Rewards Program or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize

2.Ticket System

Eligible drivers will earn one (1) ticket for each shipment successfully delivered using the STT Driver App.
Bonus tickets may be earned by displaying official STT Logistics Group stickers on a participating vehicle, as follows:
– Small Sticker: 3 bonus tickets
– Medium Sticker: 5 bonus tickets + double tickets per delivery
– Large Sticker: 8 bonus tickets + double tickets per delivery
Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for any form of currency or compensation. Tickets are issued for promotional purposes only and do not represent ownership, equity, or payment.

3.Sticker Requirements
To qualify for bonus tickets:
– Stickers must be affixed to a visible exterior portion of the vehicle (e.g., driver-side door or trailer panel);
– Stickers must remain in place for the entire calendar month; and
– Drivers must submit a clear photo showing the sticker placement to STT Logistics Group upon enrollment or as otherwise requested for verification.
STT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these requirements, submits altered or misleading photos, or engages in fraudulent conduct.

4.Ticket Delivery & Verification
All earned tickets will be issued electronically via the driver’s registered email address. Only tickets officially recorded and issued by STT Logistics Group will be considered valid for prize entry.
STT will verify eligibility using app activity data, delivery confirmations, and photo submissions. STT’s determination of eligibility and ticket totals shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
Disclaimer: STT is not responsible for late, lost, corrupted, or misdirected emails; technical malfunctions; network outages; unauthorized access; or human error. Proof of delivery or email transmission does not constitute proof of receipt by STT.

5.Prize Distribution

Prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on December 15, 2025. Winners need not be at any particular location to win, and all winders will be notified by telephone and/or email immediately following the random selection.
Prizes include:
– Grand Prize: $2,500
– Additional Prizes: Gift cards in denominations of $200, $100, and $50, and official STT Logistics Group apparel.
Disclaimer:
– Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
– Winners may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and comply with reporting requirements.
– Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted, except at STT’s discretion.
– STT reserves the right to replace prizes with items of equal or greater value.
– STT makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the quality, merchantability, or fitness of any prize.
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless STT Logistics Group, its officers, employees, and affiliates from all liability arising from participation, prize acceptance, or use.

6.Right to Modify

If the Program is terminated before the prize drawing, STT may, at its discretion, conduct the drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the termination date.
Disclaimer: STT shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from cancellation, modification, or suspension of the Program.

7. Governing Law and Venue

This Program and all related disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to the Program shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Disclaimer: Participants waive any right to claim inconvenience of venue or to participate in a class or representative action.

8.Limitation of Liability

By participating, each driver agrees that STT Logistics Group, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

– Any incorrect or inaccurate information;

– Technical failures or unauthorized access to data;

– Lost, late, or misdirected emails; or

– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

In no event shall STT’s total liability exceed the value of the prize awarded to any individual participant.

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, STT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9.Privacy and Data Use

Personal data collected through the Program (including name, email address, and submitted photos) will be used solely for the administration of the Program and compliance with applicable law. STT will not sell or share participant information except as necessary to fulfill Program operations or legal obligations.

Disclaimer: By participating, you consent to the collection, storage, and limited use of your information under Fla. Stat. § 501.171 (Florida Information Protection Act).

10.Acknowledgment

By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including all disclaimers and limitations of liability.
