Having a productive morning routine

A productive morning starts with a healthy routine; it prepares you for success throughout the rest of the day. First, you have to find what works for you to create a daily routine.   • Set clear goals for your day: Always take a little moment to set clear goals for your day; it can help you stay focused and productive throughout the day. You’ll also have a sense of satisfaction every time you accomplish one of your daily goals.
  • Water and more water: Consider keeping a water bottle at your workspace to remind you to hydrate throughout the day. Remember, by the time you feel thirsty, you’re already mildly dehydrated, so it’s best to drink water consistently to maintain good energy levels.
