This time, our dedicated agents, Gaby Fuentes and Katherine Gonzalez, undertook the challenge of transporting a Frac Tank from Texas to Canada. Transporting such loads is always complex, and this particular tank had to be relocated to Canada. Katherine successfully negotiated with a trusted carrier, who agreed to handle the transport.
Although the pick-up was scheduled for the morning, the tank was still undergoing repairs. The carrier patiently waited and managed to complete the pick-up once the repairs were finished.
The following day, while en route, the driver reported that a tire had been damaged. We arranged for the tire to be repaired at a workshop. During the journey, three additional tires were damaged. Ultimately, we reached an agreement with the driver for him to manage the repairs, with us reimbursing him for the expenses.
Despite these challenges, Gaby and Kathy ensured the tank was successfully delivered to British Columbia, Canada. Despite facing some difficulties, Gaby and Kathy made sure to secure the best possible delivery to achieve a positive outcome and a happy customer.
